Gosford Housing Association (Armagh) Ltd
Gosford Housing Association (Armagh) Ltd since formation in 1977 operates as a quasi-autonomous non-governmental organisation receiving part funding from the Department for Social Development (Housing Associations Branch), and works in co-operation with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive towards the provision of accomodation. Gosford is a registered Association with the (DSD) and a member of the Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations.

The Association governed by eleven voluntary committee members, who receive no renumeration through their involvement with Gosford Housing Association (Armagh) Ltd. Mr Gordon Bratten is currently the Chairperson, with Mr Roy Frazer as vice Chairperson. The committee meet on a monthly basis with Mr Michael K. Hermin, who is responsible for the daily and operational activities of the association

The primary activity of the association is the provision of affordable accommodation for families and persons on low income as well as persons seeking supported housing within Co. Armagh. We currently have approximately 150 units including flats, maisonettes, houses and bungalows as well as sheltered accommodation for elderly persons at Constabulary House - Russell St Armagh City.
