A Social Enterprise is a business, engaged in some form of trading
or service provision in order to bring people and communities
together for indigenous economic development and social benefit.
Enterprise Focused ~ Seeking to become self-sufficient, not grant
dependent, by developing sustainable social economy activity to
generate surpluses and reinvest these surpluses in the business
or in the community.
Social Aims ~ explicit social aims such as job creation, training
or provision of local services
